.com.bd Domain Registration in Bangladesh
.com.bd domain registration without the paperwork headache — we check your name, prepare the documents the registry asks for, follow up until it is live and point it to your website and email.
Why a .com.bd domain is worth having
A .com.bd address tells visitors at a glance that your business is in Bangladesh. Customers in Noakhali, Feni or Dhaka read yourshop.com.bd and immediately understand that they can call you, visit you and pay in taka. For schools, clinics, local brands and companies that serve the Bangladeshi market, that trust signal is often more valuable than a generic global ending.
It also protects your name. Many businesses register the .com first and later discover that someone else has taken the .com.bd version of their brand. Owning both — with the .com.bd forwarding to your main site, or the other way round — stops confusion and keeps lookalike sites away from your customers.
Bangladesh domains are managed by BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited), which runs the .bd registry. Unlike a .com, which is registered instantly online, a .com.bd goes through a short manual review. That is exactly where most people get stuck, and where we help.

How long does it take — and what happens after?
A .com.bd is not instant. After a complete application is submitted, approval usually takes a few working days, although it can be longer around public holidays or if the registry asks for a corrected document. We keep you updated on WhatsApp so you are never left guessing, and we tell you honestly if something is holding it up.
While you wait, there is no need to stop work. We can build and test your website on a temporary address, set up your web hosting and prepare business email accounts so that everything switches on the day the domain is approved.
Renewal is where many .bd domains are lost. If the yearly fee is missed, the domain can be suspended and, after a grace period, released to someone else. We record your renewal date, send reminders by email and SMS well before it is due, and you can pay online by bKash, Nagad or card from your client account. If you have a .com.bd registered somewhere else and keep missing reminders, read our domain transfer guide to move it under our care.

Tips for choosing a good .com.bd name
Keep it short and easy to say on the phone. A customer should be able to hear your domain once and type it correctly. Avoid hyphens and numbers unless they are part of your brand, and check that the name does not read awkwardly when the words run together.
Match your trade licence where possible. Because the registry usually compares the domain with your business name, a domain that clearly reflects the licensed name is approved more smoothly than an unrelated word.
Think about email too. You will write the domain hundreds of times as [email protected], so a name that looks professional in an email address is a good test. If you are unsure, send us two or three options and we will tell you which are available and which are likely to be approved.
