With a maintenance plan, someone is responsible. We check your site every month, apply updates safely, keep off-site backups, watch for downtime, and make the small content changes you send us on WhatsApp — a new price, a notice, a photo, a staff member. At the end of each month you get a short note of what was checked, updated and changed, so you always know the state of your website.

WordPress, Laravel and custom websites
Most of the websites we maintain run on WordPress, and we know its common problem areas well: abandoned plugins, conflicting page builders, heavy themes and forgotten admin accounts. If a plugin is no longer supported, we suggest a safer replacement instead of leaving a weak point in place. Our guide to securing a WordPress website explains several of the steps we take.
We also maintain Laravel and other PHP applications, including ones we did not build ourselves. After an initial review of the code, server and backups, we agree what is covered — framework and package updates, server PHP upgrades, error log monitoring and small feature changes.
If your website is hosted with us, maintenance is even simpler because we can see the server, logs and backups directly. If it is hosted elsewhere, that is fine too; we only need suitable access. Can you maintain a website built by another company?+
Yes. We review it first, then agree what is covered. WordPress and most PHP/Laravel sites are fine.
What happens if an update breaks something?+
We take a backup before updating, so we can restore the previous version quickly and then fix the conflict.
Do you fix hacked websites?+
Yes. We clean the infection, close the hole that let it in, change passwords and put the site on a maintenance plan so it does not happen again.
Is my site required to be hosted with you?+
No. We can maintain sites hosted anywhere, as long as we have the access we need.
How do I send content changes?+
Send text, photos or instructions by WhatsApp or email. Small edits are usually done within one working day.
Can I cancel the plan?+
Yes. Plans are monthly. Before you leave, we hand over a fresh backup and all access details.
