Skipping updates leaves the site open to attacks; applying them blindly on the live site can break it. Most problems we are asked to fix come from one of those two situations.
Our care plans take that worry away. Every update is applied to a staging copy first and checked. Backups are kept off-site. Uptime and security are monitored, and if something goes wrong we fix it. Small content changes are included, so you have a developer on call without hiring one.
We look after sites for businesses directly and for agencies under their brand — monthly reports can be white-labelled so you can forward them to your clients.

Hosting is not included — we work on your existing hosting, or can recommend a provider. Unused change time does not roll over.

Bangladesh is on UTC+6 all year, with no daylight saving. Our working day is set to overlap with your mornings, and work continues while you sleep — so feedback you send in the evening is usually done by the next morning.

Do you need access to our hosting?+
We need WordPress admin access and, ideally, SFTP or hosting access for backups and staging. You can remove access at any time.
What if our site is already broken or hacked?+
We start with a one-off clean-up or repair at a fixed price, then move the site onto a care plan to keep it healthy.
Can you maintain sites built by someone else?+
Yes. We review the site first and tell you about any risks, such as abandoned plugins.
Can agencies white-label the reports?+
Yes. Reports can carry your agency name, and we never contact your clients directly.
Is there a minimum contract?+
Plans are monthly with one month's notice.
